Emergency services are on the scene of a crash between a car and motorcycle, which has closed a busy Top End road in both directions.
The crash took place at the turn off to the Shoal Bay waste facility on Vanderlin Drive in Karama about 3.40pm on Friday.
Vanderlin Drive is closed in both directions and motorists have been advised to avoid the area as the scene is assessed and cleared.
The condition of those involved in the crash remains unknown, with police directing traffic away from the area.
