Since the pandemic we’ve all been spending way more time at home then we ever did previously.

As a result our spaces may be getting a little messier then they did previously (no judgment here) and our old cleaning appliances may not be cutting it like they used to.

The annual Black Friday sales officially start on Friday November 26 (although many retailers have already announced early deals) and with discounts expected to be up to 80 per cent, there’s never been a better time to save while splurging on a new vacuum cleaner.

It’s one of the few times of the year best-selling devices from brands like Dyson and ECOVACS are offered with hefty discounts.

Black Friday is one of the few times a year you can pick up a bargain vacuum cleaner.

Over the years, Black Friday has morphed into a four-day sales event culminating with Cyber Monday on November 29, now rivalling Boxing Day as the biggest sales event on the calendar.

Last year, retail spending in November rose by a staggering 7.1 per cent with a 26.7 per cent increase in buying of clothing, footwear and personal accessories, according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics.

The Australian Retailers Association (ARA) are predicting that Black Friday and Cyber Monday Aussie consumers will spend a record $5.4 billion.
