IN A letter to The Chronicle, the family of traffic crash victim Mia Quinnell say thank you for the amazing support, love and generosity shown by the community.
AFTER a recent tragedy in our family, we were left totally speechless and overwhelmed.
The support, love and generosity shown to us was amazing.
We would like to thank some people and businesses who gave and have shown us plenty of support.
Steve Taylor and the other people who stopped to help us at the accident site, no words can be used to thank you enough.
All the ambulance and police officers involved and all the people at the Toowoomba Base Hospital from emergency workers to everyone at the ICU, and all other consultants that helped us, the work you did was amazing and you are greatly appreciated for the work you do, thanks.
Shayne Stiles and staff at Burstows Funerals and the staff at the Toowoomba Garden of Remembrance for their care and support.

A number of businesses gave, raised funds and helped us greatly, like Wagners, USQ, Wilsonton State School, Wilsonton Campus High School, Little Kookas Daycare, Kate's Place Daycare, Emily Brown - Roses Prestige Detailing, the Kingsthorpe Hotel, Fernwood Women's Health Club, just to name a few was very much appreciated.
A major thank you goes to all our family and friends for all their love, and support without them we would not be able to cope.
And to the general community who got behind us, gave what they could, sent us their condolences and put us in their prayers. Thank you.
If there is anyone we forgot, sorry. We received so much support it's hard to keep up.
We know that due to a freak accident we lost our beautiful daughter Mia, but thanks to everyone, we have realised that we are not alone and that there are plenty of good people in this world who are willing to help people in need, even if they are total strangers.
So thank you everyone who has helped us in this very trying and sad time in our lives, we will always be thankful for what everyone has done for us.
While we appreciate the interest that news outlets have shown in telling Mia's story and in supporting organ donation, our family asks that our privacy be respected at this time.
