AS summer approaches, we turn to outdoor entertaining - and what better way to impress your guests than by having a perfect party platter?
Grand Central is hosting Perfect Platter Workshops in the lead up to Christmas to help people master their platter skills.
They will be held on Saturday, November 17 and Saturday, December 1 in Grand Central's Market Room Kitchen outside Woolworths, with three sessions being held on each of those dates.
Grand Central marketing manager Marieke Bridgeman said attendees would learn how to make an Instagram worthy platter.
"Ashlee Hennig of local business Luxe Platters by Ash will be hosting these workshops for us and will show you how to transform your platter style into an insta-worthy grazing board," she said.
"Participants will take home a platter they've styled themselves, filled with delicious food from retailers, to enjoy with family and friends,"
Tickets to the one hour workshops are $20, and can be booked through Eventbrite.

- Saturday, November 17 - 10am, 12pm and 2pm
- Saturday, December 1 - 10am, 12pm and 2pm
