Helping others has always been a passion of Alisha Weston’s and now the clinical psychologist has opened a new business specialising in spiritual healing and holistic therapy.
When Alisha, who has worked in the psychology field for more than a decade, first discovered the power of holistic health, she realised she could help more people by offering both services.
“I have a huge love for spirituality and holistic health and always found it was something missing from my clinical psychology work, so now I can incorporate all the things I love,” she said.
“Breath work has been profound for me and is probably what made me branch out and want to share these gifts with others.”
The mum-of-three said due to restrictions, she was unable to combine her new services with her psychology work, so she decided to create a separate business for her new-found passion.
It didn’t take the business owner long to find her perfect and tranquil space, after her sister-in-law Lani Weston opened her Lady Lou boutique in East Toowoomba in July.
With substantial experience in working with mental health and trauma, Alisha said her holistic treatments help her to connect with other’s emotions and energies.
Services include breathwork, reiki, touch for health kinesiology, somatic therapies, yoga, energy and sound healing and spiritual mentoring and coaching.
The holistic business is based at 84 Herries St and operational hours are flexible.
