IF YOU want to take your family out for lunch but don't want to break the bank, The Bavarian has the perfect solution.
Kids under 12 eat free every day throughout winter.
This special dining deal allows one child under 12 to eat for free from the kids' menu with one full-price adult meal between 11am and 3pm, until Friday, August 31.
The kids' menu features mac and cheese balls, chicken schnitzels, a hot dog, grilled chicken wrap, grilled cheese sandwich and a cheese burger served with a choice of mash or fries.
A classic selection of haus-made gelato is also available in a trio of flavours, chocolate crumble, vanilla and strawberry.
The Bavarian is also adding a little magic to the winter school holidays with a bubbly entertainer to treat the kids to free face painting every Sunday from 11am to 3pm.
Rockpool Dining Group chief executive officer Thomas Pash said each restaurant was renowned for its welcoming atmosphere, which was amplified during the school holidays.
"Offering a fun, family-friendly restaurant outing is part of our DNA," Mr Pash said.
"There's something for everyone and extending our kids eat free program all winter only adds to an already fantastic dining experience."
The Bavarian is also bringing some of the best value daily deals to Queensland, which are available Monday to Thursday from 6pm.
MEAL DEALS
Monday: All you can eat meal platter for $39, which is filled with sausages, pork belly and schnitzels.
Tuesday: $20 schnitz blitz, which combines a schnitzel and $300ml beer
Wednesday: $20 sausage and beer
Thursday: 2-for-1 cocktails
Monday to Thursday, 11am to 4pm: $15 lunch special combines an uber schnitzel with a 300ml beer
Happy hour runs from 4pm to 7pm daily with $5 beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and $1 chicken wings
