A LARGE fabrication warehouse that features a road train drive-through access to the Toowoomba Second Range Crossing has been sold.

A LARGE fabrication warehouse that features a road train drive-through access to the Toowoomba Second Range Crossing has been sold.

The five-hectare property on O'Mara Rd in Wellcamp has been available for rent for more than three years with Ray White Commercial, listed for $560,000.

But agent Craig Bradley confirmed the sale in the online listing on March 22.

The property, which was owned by the Brown family, does not include the attached business Brown Steel.

Mr Bradley highlighted the land's close proximity to the TSRC, as well as the 2400sq m workshop, three overhead crane systems and security fencing.
