A STAND-OUT CBD building has been listed for sale via expressions of interest. 

Towering over the heart of Toowoomba city, the nine-storey Easternwell Centre, owned by commercial building manager Quadra Pacific, has hit the market.

According to real estate agents, the building represents a "quality regional investment opportunity". 

The building comprises 7,103 sq m of net lettable area and a single level secure basement car park for 47 vehicles, with an additional 58 on-grade parking bays located at the rear of the property on the corner of Neil and bell Streets.

The property also benefits from a large landholding providing future development potential and has had significant capex on building infrastructure recently completed.
