Investigations are underway after a woman’s body was found in the Coomera River.
Emergency services were called to Oxenford at 1pm on Tuesday after a member of the public found a person floating in the water.
A Queensland Police Service spokesman said the person brought her body back into shore, where she was declared deceased at the scene.
Investigations are ongoing.
