FOUR cars stolen in a 24-hour period in Toowoomba and surrounds are yet to be located by police.
It's another reminder for all residents to ensure their cars and homes are locked and secure at all times, with keys stored out of sight and valuables kept from view, police said.
A white Holden Commodore, with registration 595LJJ, was stolen from a South Toowoomba home in the early hours of Christmas morning.
A silver Holden Cruze was stolen sometime overnight between Christmas and Boxing Day from a Mount Kynoch home.
Two vehicles were stolen from the same property in Oakey, believed to be in the early hours of Boxing Day morning.
A silver Mazda BT-50 dual cab ute, with registration 115TRW, and a black Toyota LandCruiser wagon, with registration 900SGR, were taken from the same property.
The ute was fitted with a black bulbar and spotlights on the front, while the LandCruiser wagon had a silver bulbar and spotlights fitted.
Police urge anyone with information about the thefts to report it to Crime Stoppers on 1800333000 or Policelink on 131444.
If the vehicles are seen being driven dangerously on the roads, police urge residents to report it to 000.
