ONE of the best-rated affordable motor inns in Toowoomba is now up for sale for nearly $500,000.
The Garden City Motor Inn, based on Ruthven St in South Toowoomba, was put on the market again for a leasehold sale last week by AB Brokers.
The 3.5-star motel, which features 15 rooms and a three-bedroom residence, has been recently renovated by the current owners according to agent Jim Beard.
"The property is very well presented and has a good solid trading history," he wrote in the online listing.
"As the current owners have undertaken maintenance and refurbishments in recent years there is very little for a new owner to do, other than run the business and reap the rewards.
"This motel is a favourite stopover for many corporate clients as well as visitors to the area."
The motor inn was highly rated by hundreds of users on the website TripAdvisor, with its four-star rating putting it in the top 25 hotels in Toowoomba.
The property was also listed for sale in February.
