THE owner of a precinct housing 16 Toowoomba CBD businesses has put them up for sale.
Ray White Commercial listed the set of three properties on Ruthven St in Toowoomba city for sale this week, through an expressions of interest campaign.
Some of the businesses based in the fully-tenanted precinct included Aussie Home Loans, Clifford Gouldson Lawyers, Millenium Hair Studio, Network Grains, and Smith and Sons Renovations.
Lead agent Mark Wynhoven described the precinct as a "hidden gem", thanks to a series of modern fit-outs.
"The fit-out was an engineering masterpiece, because it's been done spectacularly," he said.
"The back of it has had a modern fit-out done, which looks great.
"We're expecting some good local and out-of-town interest."
All properties featured disabilities-friendly ramps and toilets. The sites can be purchased individually or as a collective.
According to RP Data, the properties are owned by an investment company called Dagpab Pty Ltd, and were bought between 2008 and 2011.
Mr Wynhoven said the company was made up of eight partners, based in and out of Toowoomba.
