Council approves extension of Highfields housing estate

TOOWOOMBA Regional Council has approved the subdivision of 2.85ha block of land into 31 separate parcels in Highfields.

TOOWOOMBA Regional Council has approved the subdivision of 2.85ha block of land into 31 separate parcels in Highfields. 

The approval means owners, Kilalah Park Estate, can proceed with the next stage of their development. 

The subdivision will connect with Campbell Drive and Alexander Avenue when constructed, and will include the creation of new roads Macgregor Avenue and Amelia Court.

The lots range in size from 512 sq m to 963 sq m. 

The application for the subdivision was lodged on July 31 this year and approved by council on November 8.
