THE "lethal" wire guard rails recently installed on the New England Highway between Geham and Hampton need to be removed.
There are insufficient laybys for breakdowns, the verge is ridiculously narrow and it is quite obvious that they pose a threat to motorists.
The justification by the Department of Main Roads is illogical.
Please remove these death traps before they kill someone.
