Now, viewers are left to question - is it just harmless fun, or a dangerous tactic?

"I’m about to duck and weave through all these bins"
Aussie TikTok user Luke Reeve has taken to the app to share an interesting sight while in Hackham, South Australia.
In the video, captioned, "Some people have too much time on their hands, 4am in the morning," Luke is seen driving his truck down the Adelaide street, before being met with all off the street’s bins, not on the curb, but in the middle of the road.
“You can’t make this sh*t up,” he said in the video.
“I’m driving down this street. I’m about to duck and weave through all these bins. Holy sh*t.”

"Harmless fun!"
A number of commenters on the post thought the act was hilarious.
“Nothing like a driving course at 4am,” one person joked.
“Little mini game for ya to spice up the night,” said another.
Some even guessed it was done by children, having fun playing on the street.
“Now that is kids having harmless fun,” said one commenter.
“You know they’re hiding in bushes nearby just laughing,” another added.
“People do this in my town so much, it makes me laugh so hard,” said another person.
“Brilliant! I endorse this level of fun and defiance!!!” another agreed.
"Your car would have been stolen"
However, others suggested the idea may be far more sinister than it first appears, calling it a dangerous scare tactic to have people hurt.
“In Toowoomba when people do this there are people in the streets waiting and when you get out of your car to move the bin they steal your car,” said one person.
“The minute you get out of your car to move them, your car would have been stolen,” another person agreed.
“Yuhhh I remember when this happened to me but with tree branches and they were waiting for me on the side of the road to get out and kidnap me lmao,” said a third.
