With Christmas just weeks away, this weekend is packed with markets, music, and merriment across the Toowoomba region, offering the perfect opportunity to kickstart your holiday season.

1. Hope Horizon Christmas Market.

Support local cancer services through Hope Horizon’s Twilight Christmas Market on Saturday from 4-8pm at 233 North Street. The event includes market stalls, delicious food, live music, face painting, and a kids play area. More information at facebook.com/themakersmarkets.au.

2. DownsSteam Christmas lights train.

6. Greenmount Billy Cart Challenge

Head to the nearby town of Greenmount to watch thrilling billy carts races with daredevil drivers of all ages. The event kicks off at 10am on Saturday at Get Chopped Pub.

7. Blues Jam at Volcanic Brewing

Spend your Saturday evening enjoying local craft brews and live music at Volcanic Brewing with their community Blues Jam session, open to musicians and listeners alike. The event runs from 6pm to 9pm on.
