Jessie J has been praised for showing off her “real body” 11 days after giving birth to her first baby.

Pop star Jessie, 35, gave birth to her baby boy and told fans she had been left in floods of “happy tears”.

Earlier this week she finally revealed she and her partner, basketball player Chanan Safir Colman, had named their first born Ben Shelli

But now Jessie has been flooded with praise by fans for keeping it real following Ben’s birth.

The Price Tag hitmaker took to her Instagram account to post a snap of her post-baby body.

Alongside the pic, she wrote: “I’m writing this for myself as well as any one else that needs to read this.

“Your body was a home for someone else to live in for 9 months. Your organs have moved and need to find their way back to where they were before.

“Your uterus is still deflating slowly. Your hormones are flying and crashing. Your body is working the hardest it has ever worked.

“You are exhausted but you are magical. You grew a whole human. A human who is doing this with you and loves you beyond measure.”

Jessie also told her fellow new mum followers to “celebrate your new body”.

Her realness has left fans in awe as they praised the singer for being so open and honest.

One said: “Thank you, thank you, thank you. Although my son is 3 and a half years old. Im still wearing some maternity clothes.”

A second wrote: “You are such an inspiration, Jess! So great to see you living the best moment of your life, and enjoying all the process the way it needs to be. Love you, thanks for sharing your feelings.”

“As a mama of two I couldn’t have said this any better. Absolutely spot on,” said a third.

While a fourth commented: “Thank you for supporting & empowering all of the mum’s out there. You are an inspiration to all new (& not so ‘new’) mum’s.”
