MasterChef judge Poh Ling Yeow shares topless photos to social media

Poh Ling Yeow just celebrated turning 50, and now the ageless TV chef has stunned her followers yet again with a topless selfie.

This is 50. At least, where Poh Ling Yeow is concerned.

The new MasterChef judge, who stunned fans by revealing her age on social media in December, shared cheeky photos on Instagram as she enjoyed a rare day off from her busy work schedule.

Poh, who is filming the 16th season of the Channel 10 cooking show alongside existing judge Andy Allen and fellow newcomers Michelin star chef Jean-Christophe Novelli and food critic Sofia Levin, posted two pictures of herself lounging on a day bed, with only a straw hat concealing her chest.

Poh Ling Yeow has shared a cheeky photo to Instagram as the chef enjoyed a day off.

The TV chef revealed she struggles with slowing down to enjoy rest.

“I finally got my act together and [am] having a day off,” Poh wrote alongside the images. “It’s no joke a scary concept for my brain type because my MO is either work psycho or pretend to relax but be testing a recipe and re-potting 11 plants while writing 7 types of to do lists.

“Especially now I’ve turned 50, getting all my creative projects expressed before I cark it feels urgent!”

She continued, “One of this year’s priorities is learning to rest. Can we do it? Let’s say yes!”

Fans flooded the comment section of the post supporting Poh’s resolution to slow down, while also complimenting the TV star on her beauty.

“OK this is hot and I love this for you,” model Maria Thattil wrote.

“Glowing – the fifty’s looking good on ya,” another said.

“Rest looks good on you,” a third chimed in.

A fourth joked, “Very ‘draw me like one of your French girls’ pose Poh.”

Poh initially shot to notoriety on the very first season of MasterChef in 2009, where she was runner-up behind debut winner Julie Goodwin.

Julie Goodwin and Poh Ling Yeow were finalists in the debut season of MasterChef Australia.

The Adelaide-based cook later returned for the all-stars season MasterChef: Back to Win in 2020.

She was announced as a judge for the 2024 season in October last year following the sudden death of Jock Zonfrillo in April and the subsequent departure of Melissa Leong.

“Talk about a thrilling, full circle moment. MasterChef is where my story began so it feels like coming home,” Poh said in an Instagram post at the time.

“A big part of me will always be standing on the other side with the contestants and I hope when they look to me they see proof you don’t have to win to win.”
