MasterChef fans stunned as star reveals her real age
The beloved MasterChef star has revealed her real age, and fans are completely baffled.
MasterChef star Poh Ling Yeow has left fans in total shock with a revelation after celebrating a major milestone.
The beloved TV chef uploaded a series of snaps over the weekend that showed her blowing out candles on her birthday cake.
However, it was the age that she was celebrating that had fans running to the comments section to share their shock.
“I turned THE BIG FIVE O yesterday & here’s 5 things I’ve learned along the way,” Poh captioned the photos.
The star’s followers rushed to share their surprise at the star’s age reveal with many labelling the chef “ageless”.
“And yet you still look 29,” wrote one fan, while a second replied to the reality star: “You don’t look a day over 35! Stunning, hope you had a cracking day.”
“No way 50. holy crap you look 30 . God has blessed you with these genes. simply beautiful,” wrote a third surprised fan, while another said: “Can’t believe you are 50. Thought you were later 30s. Love you on TV”.
A fifth baffled follower added: “Are you sure you’re this old??? You look amazing for your age. You look 40”.
Meanwhile, it’s set to be a big year for Yeow, who was recently announced as the new judge on MasterChef 2024.
This will mark the 16th season of the reality cooking show, which will once again welcome an array of guests chefs from around the world.
“Talk about a thrilling, full circle moment. MasterChef is where my story began so it feels like coming home,” Leow said in an Instagram post.
“A big part of me will always be standing on the other side with the contestants and I hope when they look to me they see proof you don’t have to win to win.”
She will be joining the three other MasterChef judges; Australian cook and food critic Andy Allen, who has been judging since 2020 and was a Season 4 winner, Michelin-star chef Jean-Christophe Novelli and food critic Sofia Levin.
