Hugh Jackman has broken his silence following a scathing statement from his ex-wife Deborra-Lee Furness.
Furness stunned fans on Wednesday when she publicly revealed for the first time that her split with Jackman had been filled with animosity despite the couple previously claiming to be on good terms.
Following her brutal statement, Jackman has gone on a posting spree on Instagram, sharing a seemingly pointed video to his 34.1 million followers.
Jackman shared a clip from one of his sellout one-man shows, Hugh Jackman: Love from New York with love.
Jackman can be seen laughing and smiling while performing a dance routine to NSYNC’s song, Bye Bye Bye.

In a statement published by the Daily Mail on Wednesday, Furness, who was married to Jackman for almost 30 years, spoke of experiencing “traumatic betrayal” that “cut deep.”
It’s an extraordinary statement, given both Furness, 69, and Jackman, 56, have maintained a dignified silence since first announcing their split almost two years ago.
“My heart and compassion goes out to everyone who has traversed the traumatic journey of betrayal,” Furness said.

“It’s a profound wound that cuts deep, however I believe in a higher power and that God/the universe, whatever you relate to as your guidance, is always working FOR us.’”
Furness went on to say that she had “gained much knowledge and wisdom” through “the breakdown of an almost three-decade marriage”.
“It can hurt, but in the long run, returning to yourself and living within your own integrity, values and boundaries is liberation and freedom,” she said.
Furness finished the statement by offering the “one thing” she had learned in the split: “That none of this is personal.” She said she remained “grateful” for her time with Jackman.
Furness’ statement came after she finally filed for divorce from Jackman, almost two years after they’d announced their split.
She reportedly submitted paperwork in New York on May 23 after they had privately reached a divorce agreement which is said to have involved “a handsome spousal support payment”.
Since their split, Jackman has since moved on with actress Sutton Foster, with the pair being seen kissing in public for the first time earlier this year.
While the pair were starring together in Meredith Wilson’s musical on Broadway from December 2021 until January 2023, they struck up a close bond.
A source told Daily Mail back in March that they became so close that they would take their then-respective partners on double dates together.
The source also claimed that after every performance of their show together the pair would share an “uncomfortably” long embrace in front of everyone.
“It was odd,” they continued. “In a way it was uncomfortable. As the entire cast is trying to get to their dressing rooms upstairs, we all had to pass the two of them hugging. They didn’t even hide it! It was a long embrace … and it was weird.”
Sutton, for her part, filed for divorce from her Ocean’s Eleven screenwriter husband Ted Griffin, 53, after 10 years of marriage in October last year.
The actress and Griffin were married in Santa Barbara in 2014 and adopted their daughter, Emily, in 2017.
