Court sketches from trial reveal Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ new look

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has appeared in court with a different look, as an expert claims the rapper’s physical transformation is a deliberate move.

Diddy trial kicks off with shocking male escort claims

Sean “Diddy” Combs is in court for his sex-trafficking trial with a notable new look — which could potentially influence jurors.

Sketches of the embattled music mogul show he was drawn with grey hair.

The rapper, notably, has not been able to use hair dye inside the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, where he has been held since his September 2024 arrest.

Jury consultant Alan Tuerkheimer explained to Us Weekly why he has “no doubt” the Grammy winner, 55, “is letting his hair go grey purposefully.”

The expert explained to the outlet Thursday that “fashion makes a statement” in the courtroom.

“The hope is that, given the lascivious nature of some of the alleged acts he participated in, the jury sees a more seasoned and grown-up version of his former self,” Tuerkheimer noted, calling Combs’ transformation “a way to convey remorse without any kind of admission of fault or wrongdoing.”

He added, “This [looks like] a more mature and gentler individual. Many of these assessments of a defendant take place subconsciously, as jurors process his entire appearance.

“If he does not testify, they will form their impression of him in large part based on what they see when looking at him throughout the trial,” Tuerkheimer continued last week.

Los Angeles criminal defence lawyer Joshua Ritter agreed, alleging that “someone who appears grey [with a] grey hair, grey beard, dressed in kind of a sweater … doesn’t look like the kind of person that would commit the sorts of atrocities that are going to be alleged.”

He claimed this could “play at least a subconscious role in [the 12 jury members’] heads.”

Combs’ legal troubles began in November 2023 when his ex-girlfriend Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura sued him for rape and abuse.

Four months after the former couple’s subsequent settlement, Combs’ homes were raided by Homeland Security.

Not only was the songwriter arrested in September 2024, but he has also been sued by numerous individuals making sexual assault claims.

Combs has continued to deny any wrongdoing via his lawyers.

The Bad Boy Records creator’s trial began on May 5, with his kids and mother showing up to support him at New York City’s Daniel Patrick Moynihan U.S. Courthouse.

The opening statements kicked off Monday and included a shocking allegation about Combs’ time with Ventura.

He allegedly forced a male escort to urinate in the dancer’s mouth, according to Assistant US Attorney Emily Johnson, which left Ventura feeling like she was “choking.”

She and Combs called it quits in 2018 after more than a decade together.

Ventura got married to Alex Fine the following year, and the duo share two daughters — Frankie, 5, and Sunny, 4 — with a baby boy on the way.
