Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry has shocked fans, sharing an apparently pre-coital video to her social media accounts to spruik her own line of personal lubricants.

Berry, 58, shared a video of herself seemingly naked in bed with her partner, American soul singer Van Hunt, in which the pair intimated they were about to do the deed.

Mum-of-two Berry, who’d earlier in the day shared a photo of herself on the beach with her children, teased how her Mother’s Day would “end” in bed with Hunt.

”So, I showed ya’ll how my Mother’s Day started. Now, I’m gonna tell you about – I’m not gonna show you, but I’m gonna tell you about, how my Mother’s Day is gonna end. Ain’t that right?” Berry asked her partner of five years, laying next to her.

“Yes – and I wish you’d hurry up,” he said, as the pair giggled.

Then came the hard sell: Berry held up a small bottle of “Let’s Spin” intimacy gel, made by her menopause care company Respin.

“It just came out in this little travel size, and since we’re in Cannes, France, I travelled with it for the first time, and we’re about to ‘give it a spin’,” she revealed.

“We about to Cannes with Van,” Hunt chimed in, as the pair again collapsed in giggles.

“Happy Mother’s Day everyone, I hope all of you are somewhere SPINNING,” Berry signed off the video.

The post has amassed more than 18 million views on X, where the general reaction has been: Huh.

One commenter called the video “tacky,” while another described watching at as feeling like “when yo freaky-ass auntie and uncle FaceTime you by accident.”

“Halle ngl I feel like I’m intruding,” another person responded.

“Did not expect to end my day with Halle Berry telling the world she’s gonna get put through the mattress on this app,” was one other memorable response.

Berry’s previously made headlines in recent days for letting her freak flag fly – she wore perhaps the most divisive outfit at last week’s Met Gala in New York, going underwear-free in a sheer panelled gown.

The crotch-baring LaQuan Smith gown earned some harsh critiques on social media: “Halle Berry’s crotch was not on my Met Gala bingo card,” one person quipped.
