The Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce and Crows Nest District Tourist and Progress Association have joined forces.

The Toowoomba Chamber and Progress Crows Nest have agreed to work together to foster business growth and better the business environment in the Toowoomba region.

The agreement covers policy, advocacy, networking and training, and promoting and co-ordinating business activities of both organisations.

Toowoomba Chamber president Harrison Humphries said the agreement was a great way to formalise how each organisation would support the other, which in turn would aid small business across the broader region.

Mr Humphries said the agreement was about creating a stronger voice for small business.
