New nail salon opens in Toowoomba’s Wilsonton Shopping Centre
MORE known for working in transport and agriculture, Don Church is taking on a new challenge with his wife Tuyet to start a nail salon.

The couple opened TD Nails and Beauty in the revamped Wilsonton Shopping Centre this week, and is already serving customers.
While Mrs Church and her team takes care of a variety of beauty services, including pedicures, manicures and hot stone massages, Mr Church will be handling the business side of things.
He said Toowoomba was the obvious destination, considering his family ties to the area.
“We came here on Boxing Day last year, were walking around and realised there was no nail salon,” Mr Church said.
“COVID delayed the signing of the lease and negotiations, because we just had to put it all on hold.
“I’ve got two grown-up children living in Toowoomba and three grandkids, and it’s a lovely place.”
Mrs Church said she was excited to offer a range of services to residents.
The shop is the latest addition to the centre, which was recently refurbished by new owner Consolidated Properties Group.
