I don’t want to wear a speaker all day. Well Sony reckons this thing – which slips around your neck – is so comfortable you’ll forget it’s there as you take voice and video calls “from the first meeting to the last call”.
Won’t others in the room hear it all? No, the sound is angled up so “it’s optimised for your ears alone”. The open-ear style also means you’re aware of what’s going on around you.
Vital statistics: It can connect wirelessly to two devices at once, with a claimed battery life of 20 hours, and a “splash-proof” design.
Eh? Yes, Sony wants you to keep wearing it even after the daily grind of #WFH is over – “for listening to music while making dinner or clearing up, or for daily chores like washing up”, it suggests brightly. We’re all suckers for a lifestyle pitch, after all.
