Road Test: Logitech Litra Glow
The Logitech Litra Glow is an easy way to ensure you always look your best on Zoom calls. So what makes it so effective?
What is it? An easy way to ensure you always look your best on Zoom calls: clip this thing on the top of your monitor and it’ll “wrap you in a soft, flattering light”, Logitech says.
Like one of those ring lights beloved by “influencers”? Yes, only this is much more discreet (it’s only 9cm wide, and box-shaped) and therefore less likely to mark you out as the office knobhead.
How does it work? Powered by a USB cable, its array of miniature LEDs casts a diffuse glow that eliminates harsh shadows; you can adjust the brightness and the colour temperature (from cool white to golden) manually, or via an app, for a “radiant look across all skin tones”.
Nice. So I won’t look like Marilyn Manson with a hangover on Zoom calls any more. Exactly. Crank it up to its warmest colour and your colleagues will be like, “Did you just get back from Bali?”
