Just as even the most cherished memories of distant holidays became too far-fetched to bear we can finally feel safe in the fact that travel is here to stay, albeit with a few remaining restrictions.

But as planning trips that were once scuppered by rules and regulations are placed firmly back on the cards, so too has new-found focus on finding extraordinary adventures to experience in a way only few can dream of.

Thankfully, luxury operator Captain’s Choice, which specialises in fairytale trips to faraway destinations, has announced they will be returning to Europe with a series of extravagant itineraries in 2023, all of which can be enjoyed via private jet, small ship, railway or by foot.

The privately owned company was founded in Australia in 1994 on the basis of creating some of the world’s most enriching journeys for their guests. It was also one of the first tourism operators ever to offer the ability to travel exclusively by private plane.

Spanning from the remote reaches of Scandinavia to the coasts of The Canary Islands, Captain’s Choice’s 2023 program is designed to discover Europe in a way that’s bound to trump anything else. Below, find three of the latest tours they have to offer.
