BEST BET
KOKAKO (Race 8 No.4 – $2.30): Strong debut winner in the spring and has trialled well leading up to her return. Expecting her to resume with a win.
NEXT BEST
ACT NATURAL (Race 2 No.1 – $4): Chased well when a solid second on debut at Pakenham last time out. He’ll be harder to hold out at Sale.
SHE’S SPEEDY (Race 3 No.12 – $4.80): The Jerome Hunter-trained filly ran on well when narrowly beaten at Seymour on debut. Expecting her to go one better second-up.
VALUE BET
THE MEN WENT HOME (Race 4 No.9 – $9.50): He should have finished closer on debut at Seymour and should enjoy stepping up in trip at Sale. He’ll improve despite the awkward draw.
