Yates takes unwanted yellow jersey

Britain’s Adam Yates reluctantly took the Tour de France’s yellow jersey as overnight leader Julian Alaphilippe was penalised for taking on water in the final 20km.

Roglic wins first Tour test

Race favourite Primoz Roglic edged the first summit finish of the Tour de France to win the fourth stage, but failed to drop any of his key rivals including Richie Porte.

Tour de France goes virtual

The world’s iconic cycling race, Tour de France, will take place with real riders slogging it out in virtual depictions of Paris and France’s mountainous terrain.
