In 1912, St Hilda’s School opened its doors to 56 boarders and 23 day girls.

An Anglican day and boarding school for girls from Pre-Prep to Year 12, with a legacy spanning more than 113 years, St Hilda’s is known for educating the whole girl the whole time, helping girls to grow in character, confidence and academic ability. St Hilda’s beautiful campus is located on the Gold Coast, where studies are complemented with access to white-sand beaches, the Broadwater, subtropical rainforests, a vibrant CBD and major sporting events.
The experienced boarding team prides itself on the purposeful Boarding Wellbeing Program, designed to assist boarders in feeling connected and healthy while away from home.

“We ensure that each family experiences the care, connection and community they deserve.”
Enthusiastic and active participants in all areas of school life, St Hilda’s boarders have relished the wellbeing opportunities available to them.
“We provide students with the option to explore all aspects of the Gold Coast. Students visit the beach on weekends and in the morning prior to the school day, allowing boarders to breathe, reflect and reset their batteries.” Ms Rigby says.
