The Federal Court has penalised the construction union and organiser Bradley Upton for threatening and abusing non-union workers.

Man charged with Carlton attack

A 19-year-old man charged with the alleged murder of comedian Eurydice Dixon has been diagnosed with autism, a court has heard.

Book faces corruption probe

A controversial book by a forensic psychiatrist has been referred to the Crime and Corruption Commission for investigation.
