The announcement comes after NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet revealed home and hotel quarantine would be scrapped for fully vaccinated travellers from November 1. Victoria recorded 2179 new Covid-19 infections and six deaths; NSW had 399 infections and fourth deaths.
