Australia is set to hit the 70 per cent first-dose vaccination mark, as the nation edges closer to freedom. Victorians will be able to meet outdoors in groups of five if vaccinated and two if unvaccinated from Friday as the state nears the 70 per cent first dose milestone and records 514 new cases. NSW added 1351 cases and 12 deaths, as two regional areas prepare to enter lockdown from 6pm tonight.
