In a heartbreaking tragedy, the mystery child died during 2019-20 and the Victorian Coroners Court has been unable to confirm its identity.
In a statement, the court confirmed to The Australian there was “one death where the identity of the deceased has not yet been established”.
A coroner has been probing the case for months but the identity of the child has eluded investigators.
The court has declined, at this stage, to reveal the gender, age, location where the body was found, cause of death or any other clues
