The couple, who are moving to Queensland, had $3.03 million to $3.2m hopes for the contemporary home that Jason renovated himself. They had paid $1.565m in 2015 for the traditional 1910 Victorian cottage that now has five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a state-of-the-art kitchen. Cloke added a second level as the master retreat. There’s a two-hole putting green adjoining the man cave in the four-car garage. Greg Hocking Elly Partners secured the pre-auction sale. Cloke, who now runs a carpentry business, spent four years with Collingwood, following in the footsteps of his father David Cloke who was also a Richmond star.
Selling the farm

Baxter represented the Nationals Party in the both the lower and upper house on Spring Street, with his stint in the Victorian Legislative Council running from 1978 until 2006. He was minister for roads and ports in the Kennett government. The then Wodonga-based Baxters bought the holding in 1998. Pat Rice & Hawkins agents Matt and Rob Childs are advising the homestead block comes with an indicative price of $1.2m while the farming portion is around $300,000.
