Perth-based start-up Functionly has raised a $3.6m seed funding round, bringing its total funding raised to date to $5.9m. Meanwhile A tit-for-tat deal has seen Huawei's finance chief Meng Wanzhou - in home detention in Vancouver  pending an extradition case to the US on fraud changes - swapped for two Canadians jailed in China despite China denying any link between the two cases.
