Luxe Listing Gavin Rubinstein star sells out of Waverley
High-profile real estate agent Gavin Rubinstein has sold his Waverley home for about $8m, and is apparently on the hunt for a place with more garaging for his beloved luxury car.
High-profile real estate agent and Luxe Listings TV star Gavin Rubinstein has sold his Waverley home in Sydney’s wealthy Eastern Suburbs reaping up to $8m from the sale of the modern, contemporary home he purchased just two years ago.
Mr Rubinstein, who declined to comment, is understood to be looking for a property with more garaging possibly to accommodate his black Mercedes $360,000 G Wagen.
He purchased the Salisbury Street, Waverley home, which was just completed in March, 2022 for $6.25m according to Core Logic through his company FutureFlip Pty Ltd.
The sale of the five-bedroom and three-bathroom home with parking for three cars was negotiated by Ray White Eastern Beaches agent Augusto Gerocarni who declined to comment.
Mr Rubinstein is apparently unsure where he will relocate to next but definitely wants somewhere with more garaging.
Mr Rubinstein, 36, the founder of The Rubinstein Group, has just opened a third real estate office this time in the prestigious Sydney waterfront suburb of Hunters Hill following on from the opening of his Woollahra and Rose Bay offices.
Apart from starring in a reality TV show he also has his own weekly podcast and appears in ads promoting El Cielo tequila.
Mr Rubinstein recently told the key real estate agents conference on the Gold Coast, AREC, that the way to achieve success in real estate was to become “obsessed with learning and progression”.
Other speakers beamed in from the US included Ryan Serhant, American real estate broker and Hollywood movie star Ryan Reynolds.
The annual conference, which is attended by five thousand real estate agents, was the brainchild of John McGrath founder of McGrath Estate Agents. It was the largest attendance in 26 years.
