Tuesday’s Oz Lotto jackpots to $70m
One lucky punter could soon score a massive $70m after no one claimed the top prize in this week’s Oz Lotto draw.
An eye-watering $70m will be up for grabs in next week’s Oz Lotto draw, after no winner claimed this week’s top prize.
The prize for Tuesday night’s draw was $50m.
The winning numbers were 17, 44, 18, 30, 29, 21, 24, while the supplementary numbers were 9, 12 and 43.
As the top prize was not won this week, it has now jackpotted to an eye-watering $70m.
The draw for the huge windfall will take place at about 8.30pm AEST on Tuesday, April 15.
The Lott says there have already been two Oz Lotto division one wins so far in 2025, after 17 Aussies claimed a combined $295m in prize money in 2024.
A Sydney woman became Oz Lotto’s biggest individual lottery winner in Australian history in February, when she scored the entire $100m jackpot.
The Elizabeth Hills woman said at the time she only treated herself to a lotto entry when there was a big jackpot, and thought the life-changing windfall would allow her to cut back on work and buy her own home.
“I love my job, but I won’t need to work seven days a week anymore - it’s actually really nice to think that I won’t need to work,” she told The Lott at the time.
In 2024, $50m was the highest level the Oz Lotto jackpot reached and it was won twice.
Common winning numbers include 47, 21, 28 and 33, while those drawn the least include 34, 26, 45 and 43.
