Concern over boy with medical condition missing for a week

A desperate search is underway for a nine-year-old boy who went missing near a school and hasn’t been heard from in a week.

Police are concerned for the welfare of a boy with a medical condition who has been missing for a full week.

The nine-year-old boy was last seen at a school along Arthur Street in the Woodridge area in Queensland about 2.30pm on July 23.

He hasn’t been seen or heard from since.

The boy has a condition that requires medication, with police concerned over his welfare.

He’s described as caucasian with light red hair and green eyes, is about 130cm tall, and was last seem wearing a dark green school uniform.

Police believe he might still be in the Woodridge area and have urged him, or anyone with information, to come forward.
