White Fox fashion moguls splash about $150m on five trophy homes

By Alice Uribe

The Millennials behind White Fox Boutique, Daniel Contos and Georgia Moore, have snapped up a fifth Vaucluse trophy home for around $30 million.

The couple have been expanding their portfolio in the elite area over recent years, prompting speculation that they have plans to create one mega-mansion across a number of lots.

A caveat on the title of the most recent buy shows it was owned by Keith Elder Skelley, and that it was purchased by Contos and Moore. Sources say that they picked up the property for just under $30 million.

The five-bedroom home sits on a block of 848 square metres and offers gun-barrel Harbour Bridge views.

The purchase takes their total spend on the five homes in the suburb to about $150 million.

In 2023, the couple shelled out around $25 million for a knock-down rebuild. The five-bedroom house with unimpeded harbour views was next door to the couple’s $34.5 million home and a $38 million mansion they purchased earlier that year.

The buying spree of recent years by Contos, 34, and Moore, 33 includes another house 200 metres up the road that was purchased in 2023 for $26 million as a turnkey investment.

In the past, sources say they have worked with director of Cohen Handler buyer’s agency Simon Cohen. Cohen declined to comment when contacted on Friday.

Contos’ and Moore’s personal stocks have soared on the back of their influencer-driven fashion label, which they founded in 2013 selling hoodies and bikinis.

The couple were ranked 29 on the 2024 Financial Review Young Rich List, with a conservative estimated valuation of $200 million.

In 2017, the couple purchased a worker’s cottage in Drummoyne for just shy of $3 million, but in the past two years, their property interest has been firmly set on the Vaucluse market.
