A school bus driver has been charged with sexually touching two children with disabilities while driving them to a western Sydney school.

NSW State Crime Command child abuse squad detectives arrested the 51-year-old on Monday. He has since been charged with six counts of intentionally sexually touching a child at Erskine Park between January 30 and June 6 this year.

The two alleged victims were aged 13 and 14.

The man from Greystanes was granted conditional bail when he faced Blacktown Local Court.

Under his bail conditions, he must report to Merrylands police station once between 8am and 8pm on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and is prohibited from going within 100 metres of the school that the children attend.

He is due to appear in Blacktown Local Court on September 19. Investigations are ongoing.
