The goodfood.com.au Australia Day 2016 pavlova challenge
Put your spin on the pavlova this Australia Day and be in the running to win a KitchenAid stand mixer.
Get creative with that crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside meringue, and serve up a pavlova with a twist, using toppings, shapes, decorations or even re-interpret it as another dish.
