Mornington Peninsula Shire Council: What your candidates said

Mornington Peninsula residents are voting for the councillors they want for the next four years.

The council has 11 wards represented by one candidate each, and voters will choose among 36 candidates. The outgoing mayor is Simon Brooks.

The Age sent questions to each of the 36 candidates up for election on the Mornington Peninsula about why they are running and what they want to accomplish if elected. Of those, 17 responded.
