This is what we’ve come up with for the NSW B team. Safe to say Queensland would probably continue to struggle. NSW with a wealth of talent at their disposal. It’s scary.

Reader Q&A: Was Green lucky to get the job?
By Michael Chammas
Question from Darren Walton on Twitter: Do you think Paul Green should even have had this job?
Chammas says: “It was always going to be difficult after Queensland won the series they had no right to win last year. Green was overlooked last year because the QRL felt Bennett was the best man for a hit-and-run series at the end of the year. Truth is, Bennett is still the right man for the job, but his South Sydney commitments prevented him. Bennett is off contract at the end of this year. I think Queensland should put a call in to Bennett tomorrow and sign him up. I think Paul Green is a very good club coach. Clearly Origin is a different kettle of fish.”

Reader Q&A: How would Reece Walsh have played?
By Michael Chammas
From Kogarah Kid on SMH website: Would Reece Walsh have made a difference?
Chammas says:“Not at all. Not to the result, anyway. I actually feel relieved that he wasn’t part of that. While I didn’t totally agree with Phil Gould’s comments earlier in the week, you wouldn’t have liked to have seen a teenager up against that NSW team tonight and the potential scars that would have resulted. He may have helped set up a try or score one, but the whole Queensland backline are struggling at the moment. They aren’t up to the pace. Even Maroons greats are acknowledging that.”
