Firefly has earned its reputation as one of Toowoomba's favourite haunts for coffee nerds but its repertoire extends well beyond brewed beans, serving three meals a day as well as the usual sweet things that go with coffee. An 'all day' menu spruiks the likes of mushrooms on toast, bruschetta and a salmon salad, while mealtime diners can expect dukka-spiced lamb cutlets, duck curry or a delicious mango brulee.
