Who will Blake Garvey choose on The Bachelor Australia?

By Melissa Jenkins

Thirty women have been whittled down to two, with Blake set to propose to the last bachelorette standing on the Network Ten reality series - who will it be?

The jilted Jessica hopes it will be Sam, and book-keepers are laying odds on the goofy blonde, especially after Sam dropped the 'L' word on Wednesday's penultimate episode.

It's now between Lisa (left) and Sam (far right) after Louise (centre) was sent home.

"It's sad when any relationship comes to an end, however I have a lot of love and respect for Blake - I want him to find love and happiness," she said after her eviction. "If there's someone I had to chose to be standing at the end with Blake, I would chose beautiful Sam.

"On so many levels she has no idea how great she is, and I don't think she would ever expect Blake to choose her. It would be wonderful to have her love and vulnerability validated."

    LISA

    Age: 27

    Occupation: Fashion designer

    State: Queensland

    Hits:

Lisa has been the peacemaker, sticking up for other bachelorettes when they needed her (she was the only one to comfort Laurina after Sam yelled at her and Amber accused her of being fake). Lisa and Blake laugh a lot and seem to enjoy each other's company but Lisa has been reserved about her feelings because, you know, he has been dating her best friend on the show, Louise.

    Misses:

Blake thinks Lisa laughs too much. He was peeved on their horse riding date when she spent more time giggling rather singing his praises - how rude.

    Quote of the series:

"I don't know about these girls but I like action," - Lisa after Blake and several bachelorettes gushed about how much they love soppy movies like The Notebook.

    What Blake says:

"She gets it, she gets what the experience is and doesn't get too caught up in some of the dramas. She is the peacekeeper overall I feel in the house and ... I can catch up with her, have a bit of a laugh and she sees the funny side of life. She stands up for those being bullied."

    SAM

    Age: 25

    Occupation: Finance and insurance consultant

    State: Victoria

Hits: Blake digs the way Sam tries to do the right thing but constantly fails. She spilt mints down her dress while they were trying to have a romantic slow dance - and he likes that kind of bumbling behaviour. Sam talks a lot about how important her family is to her and Blake wants to start a family of his own.

Misses: Sam freaks out intermittently about whether or not she can truly invest in Blake, given he is dating other women. Given he proposes to the woman he chooses, her niggling doubts might make him question whether she is a sure bet.

    Quote of the series:

"I feel like I am falling in love with you. I have never said that to you before so thank you Lisa." Sam confesses her feelings to Blake but not without help from adopted big sister - and Blake's other girlfriend - Lisa.

    What Blake says:

"Sam is very down to earth, genuine, funny and speaks her mind as well."

The Bachelor concludes on Ten at 7.30pm (AEST) tonight.
