A WOMAN has been arrested at the scene after a man was allegedly stabbed in the head and neck overnight.
A 33-year-old man was taken by Careflight to Royal Darwin Hospital after he was stabbed in Mandorah around 6pm on Wednesday.
He will undergo surgery this morning for his injuries.
Territory police say a woman was arrested at the scene and inquiries continue.
They are asking anyone with iformation that may assist investigations to call police.
