Drive A Motor Vehicle While Unlicensed
He was handed a $600 fine plus a $300 levy.
HANNAH LOUISE GARLAND
Charged with:
Drive At A Speed Dangerous To The Public
The drive at a speed dangerous to the public was withdrawn. They were found guilty of driving at dangerous speed greater than 45kmh and fined $300 plus a $150 levy.
They were disqualified from driving for three months.

They were fined $1580 plus a $900 levy.

For exceed speed limit 16-30kmh and drive medium range blood alcohol content they were fined a total of $600 plus a $300 levy.

Driver With Prohibited Drug In Body
For Exceed speed limit, 16-30km/h over limit they were fined $500 plus a $150 levy plus $83 in costs.
For the charge of driver with prohibited drug in body, they were fined $500 plus a $150 levy
They were disqualified from driving for nine months and given a three-month jail term, suspended immediately and put on a 12-month Good Behaviour Bond.
