POLICE have busted an L-plater allegedly drug-driving with no one in the passenger seat and with 28g of methamphetamine in her hotel room.
Strike Force Trident detectives received a report of a 28-year-old woman allegedly in possession of a large quantity of the drug before swooping on her vehicle at about 11.30am on Wednesday.
The woman allegedly failed a roadside drug test and police allegedly seized 5g of cocaine along with the ounce of meth after a subsequent search of her accommodation.

She was charged with multiple counts of drug possession, possessing drug paraphernalia, drug-driving and being an unaccompanied learner driver.
She was remanded in custody to face the Darwin Local Court on Thursday.
