Emergency services respond to bus stop crash in Leanyer

EMERGENCY services have responded to a crash at a bus stop on Vanderlin Dr near the intersection with Lee Point Rd in Leanyer

Traffic controls were in place Fridat afternoon with one lane of traffic closed and motorists advised to avoid the area but no further information is available.

A St John Ambulance spokeswoman said paramedics had received a call to the area at about 2.45pm and one person had been taken to hospital in a stable condition.

“NT Police responded to a single vehicle rollover on Vanderlin Dr (Friday) afternoon,” a police spokeswoman said.

“One person was conveyed to Royal Darwin Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.”
